Class Timetable

The studio will be open 48 weeks of the year. It will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period and at various times during the year. Reasonable notice will be given.

Covid Protocal

All classes run for 50minutes ensuring adequate time to clean and sanitize equipment.
clients are expected to clean and sanitize their reformer machine as a courtesy to the next client.
